In 1903, there were two directors working at the Hepworth studio in Walton-on-Thames, Cecil Hepworth and Percy Stow. It also was the longest film yet produced in Britain, running about 12 minutes. Interesting facts : The 1903 British silent film "Alice in Wonderland" was the first movie adaptation of Lewis Carroll's children's book "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland". ![]()
